Sunlight desperately streams through the locked window Tainted by the glass of pessimism to become dark as night Her very core has transformed into a fatal harrow Corrupting those who help her, blinding their sight
As she approaches the moment that decides her fate A silent smile disappears as a scarlet teardrop glistens Those who want to save her are much too
